Australia National Anthem (with lyrics)Australians all let us rejoice For we are young and free We've golden soil and wealth for toil, Our home is girt by sea: Our land abounds in nature's gifts Of beauty rich and rare, In history's page let every stage Advance Australia fair, In joyful strains then let us sing Advance Australia fair. Beneath our radiant Southern Cross, We'll toil with hearts and hands, To make this Commonwealth of ours Renowned of all the lands, For those who've come across the seas We've boundless plains to share, With courage let us all combine To advance Australia fair. In joyful strains then let us sing, Advance Australia fair.

Vietnam war film with music - War memorial remembrance song.Vietnam war film with music - war memorial remembrance song. Vietnam War 1962 - 1973. From 1962, approximately 50000 Australians, including ground troops, air force and navy personnel served in Vietnam. 520 died and close to 2400 were wounded. Australia's peak commitment was 7672 combat troops, New Zealand's 552. Most of these soldiers served in the 1st Australian Task Force, a brigade group-type formation, which was based in Phuoc Tuy province It is important to highlight that many young men were conscripted to serve in Vietnam. From 1965 to 1972, 19450 national servicemen served in the Vietnam War, with 202 killed and 1279 wounded. The National Service Scheme was abolished on 5 December 1972. 43 Australian Army nursing sisters were sent to Vietnam between April 1967 and November 1971, undertaking tours of up to twelve months. About 210 Australian nurses traveled to South Vietnam between 1964 and 1972 to care for injured civilians during the ...

AussiesBack in 2003 we made a bunch of clips making fun of Australians and the way Australians see English people for a website all about Aussies. The site was a joke, but some people got really offended and eventually it was hacked and deleted. Here is a little compilation of some of the bits I found kicking about on my computer. Some of these were filmed as joke responses to the website, and some are just silly.
