17. Putting eyeliner in your waterline doesn't go away... You don't put it on with liquid I hope you know that. I use a brown pencil liner and it doesn't go away all day long. As a matter of fact all I bring to school makeup wise is lip gloss and sometimes concelar when I got a pimple.
