Hey guys, recently I got a hold of this from a buddy of mine who had it saved on his comp. This was my final Olympic style match I fought back in 2006. This was my 5th year of training.
The guy I fought was kind of weird, and was probably a bit insane. Pretty much all he did was run in and clinch, or throw wild body punches. I beat him 7-0, then fought him again right after because he complained to the judges that he thought he was the real winner. The whole thing spanned 20 minutes, most of which was him stopping the match to complain every time I would throw an exchange. It was ridiculous. The final total score was 14-0 (14 to "-1" if you want to be technical).
Anyway, this ended my days of playing foot tag. I was glad to be rid of it, as I was never really a fan of it in the first place because of it's ridiculous technique restrictions (no offense to Olympic style guys). I went on to train fully in Kickboxing styles of sparring after this match.
