4. Here's what I'm going to give to you. A video of a someone killing the victim on the client's phone and his home computer. The client himself showed the video to a law enforcement officer, and said it was him in the video. At this point, who cares how he obtained it? Besides, my comment has four likes, so i mist have a point.
5. The law took hundreds of years of trial and error to reach this point. What you're seeing is a loophole being exploited for dramatic purpose, it's not reality. Do you honestly think most law enforcement personnel break into houses? No, they don't, they get a warrant, for this reason. If you'd rather live in a country where law enforcement can do whatever the fuck they please without consequence, move to a fucking dictatorship and quit pissing on Democracy. Oorah!
