assassinmatt27!
I smashed my balls on the mat..great tutorial, I 'll add this to my routine, and a thumb up to your video
Hey Kwon, big fan here :)
Do you mind helping me with something? Can you tell me a bit of your weekly schedule for stretching, exercise drills and training for punches, kicks etc? I'm having trouble creating my own schedule to fit these 3 exercises in a week cause as people say muscles need rest and I don't know how to divide these 3 things in a week... Hopefully you will help me (and others who are having difficulty as well)
Anyway thanks for the great video!
Hey KwonKicker, big fan here :P. Do you mind, maybe, posting on your blog on weekly schedules for stretching, your exercise drills and your training for your kicks, punches etc? I'm trying to create a schedule to fit these 3 exercises in a week and it would be great if you can spare a bit of your time to assist me (and maybe others too, if they are having problem as well).
Thanks a lot for this upload anyway! It's awesome!

I am going to start today. Ill post again when I am able to do it.
sup kwon. well i have a question. i'm working out at gym and i have strong and big muscles. can i be flexible even i got big muscles?
To shorten it down: can you keep the stretch too long?
@kwonkicker Great Tutorial. Do you know if it's harmful to stretch for too long at a time? For example to hold the stretch in like 5 minutes or so. thx.
don't overdo it. you just need to feel it, it shouldn't hurt.
HOW LONG SHOULD A BEGINNERS DO THIS? EVERYTIME I DO IT I HAVE A HARD TO STAND MY LEGS AFTER THIS TUTORIAL,,
nice guide, I'm a TKD doist like you, but i'm only a white belter, I will add this up to my routine. Thanks my friend.
When I stretch for sidesplits, I only feel pressure and pain in my groin tendons, I have been stretching actively for over a month, and not so actively before that. Problem is I still haven't been able to get the stretch to feel in groin abductor muscles, and I can barely get my feet over 90 degrees apart without pain and discomfort. I wonder if I am just built in a way that I can't ever get even near the sidesplits. I've made good progress in frontsplits tho.
Staying hydrated is very important when trying to become more flexible as well.
4-12 months. could take longer though, it's very individual
amazing! Thank you man!
Yes, but only YOUR balls.
For everyone else, their balls aren't affected when doing the splits. Only their inner thighs, hamstrings & hips.
if i do the splits, will my balls split as well?
even if you're not naturally stiff, you should still stretch. nothing wrong with getting more flexible :D
He talks about being stiff jointed etc. but Ive done Kickboxing for about 3 years now and this guys "light" stretch is wider than I can split my legs on a full strerch! o_O and Im sure Im not alone saying that...
Great video. It helped me a lot.
thank you it helped but it hurt like hell
Its bad cause i torn a muscle >.> both legs and umm yeah it still hurts lols and flexability is something calm not to go INSANE ON XD!
This is a detailed flexibility for kicking tutorial. This tutorial focues on what stretches are needed (Front Splits & Side Splits) in order to raise the height of your kicking techniques. This tutorial is geared toward people who have naturally stiff muscles and joints.
