22. @legostopmotionkid Well, there is this thing called non-proliferation and test-bans... No, the reason they are banned is because there is always some small bomblets that don't detonate, essentially becomming landmines. Having to minesweep an area after bombing it is simply not economical, not to mention possible civilian casualties the days after.
