Vacation Rental Description
Be one of the first guests to stay in this newly renovated three
bedroom home with kitchen and living room. Bedrooms
sleep eight. Living room sleeps six. All beds have new Serta sleeper
mattresses.
We are three miles from town, ATM's, gas, and restaurants.
Snowmobile trails accessible.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, coffee, and
cooking and dining utensils.
Living Room has cable tv and three futon couches that convert to
double beds for additional sleeping.
One bedroom with two double beds and two bedrooms with a double bed.
Local phone service. Calling card needed for long distance. Cell phones
will also work.
Two bay attached garage.
Activities and Attractions
The Balsams Ski Wilderness is located 10 miles from property.
Snowmobile trails are accessible and groomed daily.
When warmer weather arrives, come enjoy the areas golfing, hiking, and
fishing.
Motorcyclists will enjoy Colebrook's annual blessing of the bikes in June.
Fall brings beautiful foliage and hunter's will enjoy the many miles
of woods.
Recreation center in town offers an outdoor skating rink, an indoor
swimming pool, and space to rent for birthday parties etc.
The local gym also offers an indoor pool in addition to a hot tub,
sauna, exercise equipment, and tanning.
Local lounges offer Karaoke night and live bands on the weekend.

$150 per night
$900 per week
Parties of 6 or more $250 per night $1500 per week
All prices include 8% tax. No hidden costs.
All stays require a refundable security deposit of $150
2 night minimum stay applies to weekend only.
Cash, personal check, money order, and credit cards accepted. Cash
requires a one night deposit at time reservation is made. Personal
checks and money orders must arrive in time to clear before stay.
