1. His voice is unbelievably sexy on this track, especially at the beginning.
2. It IS pretty gay sounding with the lame keyboard track on there. The middle eastern vibe would have been cool if they hadn't done that. Bass, Guitar, percussion (preferably a professional Tabla player), and a Sitar would have been perfect for this track.
3. There's nothing like the original, but Adam gives it a nice little twist; I have more fun singing along to this one (don't kill me, Johnny Cash! ;_;). He's weird and I don't give a fig about him, but I've absolutely got to admit he's got some talent.

I don't see how anyone can hate this rendition, it was pure evil, and by that I mean beautiful, because evil is supposed to be enticing, and this certainly fits the description, creepy and beautiful. I know he was supposed to sing a country song but he made it so much better by making it evil instead. You could just picture this song playing over video of children hiding in thier bed from monsters trying to eat them, its scary, but in a wonderful awe inspiring way.
