Jorja Bell may sound like the epitome of a southern belle's name but this "Bell" is actually from Auckland, New Zealand. Campers have many reasons for admiring this member of the program staff! Everyone loves her cool accent, and she always has a great story to tell. But there is more to know about Jorja than this.
Jorja plays softball at Auburn University and she found out about Camp ASCCA through a team bonding trip her coach brought them on three years ago. Jorja is a human development and family studies major and has aspirations of attending occupational therapy school.
Jorja gained a lot more than team bonding time on her short visit to ASCCA. After leaving she knew Camp ASCCA was the perfect place for her to complete her internship. She also wanted to gain hands on experience working with people who have various disabilities.
