those are notes that are hard to hear but they still charted called ghost nores. At least thats what iv heared
Um... Is it just me, or is there a new drum note? You have the regular ones, SP ones(blue around the edges) , hard hit ones (Larger ones), but I've spotted some darker ones. (Pause at 2:42, you can see a regular red note with a yellow, then a yellow, but then a darker red one).
