Thank you for the recommendation :) I will look into Emirates next time I travel to Europe. I have already traveled to England since my last comment on this video (I flew with British Airways and Qantas) but I'm looking at going over there again for next christmas :)
Emirates is my fav airline :D They are seriously good (i've never flown Air New Zealand but hopefully will this year in June :) BUT I would definetly recommend Emirates :D :D :D Such good service and aircrafts :D :D (although Dubai airport is rather busy but very friendly :)
Was this a 777?
i agree anz all the way
I'm a Kiwi, and I have flown with Air New Zealand internationally - however it sucks how this aircraft is a little more expensive than some other aircrafts, like Emirates. My mum has flown to England via Emirates, and I've always been traveling with Air New Zealand. I would like to fly back to England next year, but I would like to be money wise... any recommendations for Emirates? Or should I stick to good old expensive Air New Zealand? :)
They had similar service in Finnair economy-class from Helsinki to Nagoya. A really nice plane to spend 9,5 hours in. :)
im going on their sky couch economey from LOS ANGLES to AUCKLAND on their 777 and you should check out their sky couches!!
Wow! Economy class looks fantastic! =)
Looking at the winglets and seeing as how they flew from Hong Kong it was most likely a Boeing 747 400.
i flew to engalnd first leg to la was qantas and it was crap didnt like it one bit 2nd leg la-london was air new zealand was awesome 110 times better than qantas
747-400
I'm sorry, I can't say... I'm not really into planes that way. But thanks for checking out our video anyway! Cheers
what type of plane is that ? does anyone know ? thanks : D air new zealand is my favourite airline !!!
Dear All,
I have some questions about psychology:
(1) What is the reason behind that young children love flying?
(2) Why do a commerical jet so attractive to children?
(3) What is the most attractive inflight meal for children?
(4) What is the best inflight entertainment and airline toys for children?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)
Yeah I guess you're right about that... We flew in march as a part of a world ticket. We enjoyed our flight indeed! We had a great trip too. Thanks for your response!
beleive me tickets arent cheap in decemeber and those holiday months and stuff -_-
but anyway air NZ rocks :) I love there business class.
Hope you enjoyed your flight :)
Why I love Air NZ is that their service is genuine and not 'acted' like Singapore Airlines etc. Awesome service, really liked them on a recent flight to UK and wouldn't fly anyone else!
Air NZ is the best! I flew with them to Australia and was amazed with eh amount d of movies etc on the entertainment system! Well done Air NZ =)
i personally think Air NZ is much batter than Qantas.
Average for an Asia-Pacific airline, much better than any European or American one.
Air NZ was great for my hubby and I...A very long flight indeed but well worth it.

Air New Zealand is GREAT! I love flying with them. I go on a 12 hour flight each year with them and still think they are the best. The crew are super nice and friendly and the flights are so quiet you think you are at home sitting in a chair. I always drift off during those flights. The food is also good. Especially the pancakes or spaghetti. I hope this helped you.
I have flown Thai, Emirates, Singapore, Qantas, Jetstar, Virgin Blue, Lufthansa and I still prefer Air New Zealand over all of them. Exspecially now. There economy is more or less the same as emirates, you can choose what you want to watch or listen to. Fly economy across the ditch is better with Air NZ. They fly the A320 mostly, smaller planes means less people for the flight attendants to serve means faster service for you. Will fly Air NZ when ever i can.
Well, that all depends on what you like of course, but first of all I recommend buying a lonely planet guide for NZ. It has lots of info on the country and gives you a good idea of the possibilities. Transportation-wise I loved the campervan we rented. Good stuff: nature in general, adventure sports, etc. But preferences are of course personal and there's more to do than there's room for here ;) I think you'll have a good time. Cheers
