And when I saw armed police officers coming at me, I would put my arms up and cooperate, humbly. If this happened in China or other strict country, he would have died from a gunshot. 12. just wondering if someone is sweating a lot or wet from rain dose it increase the tazer or dose it not work that way? He looked ill and confused. Low or high blood sugar after wondering for hours would do that and you can get very confused but I have never became violent. When mine is high I get twitchy, when it's low I feal like a slow moving turtle.

Accoreding to "Caught on Camera" MSMBC", this guy was actually LOST for 10-12 hours in that airport and had wandered into and out of restricted areas several times and NO ONE BUT NO ONE questioned him OR EVEN TRIED TO HELP HIM! The airport told him mother who had patiently waited also several hours, that "your son has not arrived.." She had not seen him in twenty years...SOB's should be tried and convicted for murder, Sure he was freaking out...only in vancouver...May they all go to Hades!
14. If you listen closly you will hear that he DOES NOT speak English, nor does he UNDERSTAND it. He was freaking out becuase it was probably his first time in an English speaking country like Canada. 19. I am Canadian and Polish and I am ashamed of this. I am ashamed by our RCMP and how they dealt with the situation. If it were anyone, it doesn't matter. Things could have been handled differently. I agree with @shrimpoffthebarbie through and through. This should never have happened. EVER. I really hope those officers received swift justice for a man that arrived in a different country on his own and was merely scared.
