5. Hi Blair! The BH cosmetics eyeshadow palettes seem very similar to the Coastal Scents eyeshadow palette. I'm new with make-up and I've been considering purchasing the CS one as it's inexpensive and from a lot of reviews as well as yours, they have been given positive feedback. However I decided to go on the BH cosmetics website after this tutorial and realized they're in fact cheaper than CS as well as providing more and of high quality. What would you recommend between the two brands? xxx
