I was paying for a book, feeling uncomfortable because the cashier (and older 'gentleman') always gave me "I'm about to strangle you" glares. I pay for my book, and hold my hand out for change. He looks at me for a few good seconds before tossing the change on the counter which happened to be all coins. So I had to pick it all up while holding up people in line behind me while the cashier kept trying to rush me off with "NEXT!".
