I seriously doubt they can jump higher and especially sprint faster. Those guys are putting so much stress on their heart with their supplements and steroids, they can't run faster or else they would die of a heart attack. All they're good for is pushing 400 pounds a half inch with their short sausage arms.
And they can jump higher than you, sprint faster than you and bench 300 pounds over their bodyweight which is significantly higher than yours. 5 pounds over your bodyweight is not an impressive bench by any means, ESPECIALLY if you only weigh 145. Most people can do that with about a month of training.
I am 6'4" 145 pounds with a healthy heart. I may be thin but I am cut and I can run long distances. I don't have steroids running through my veins. I can bench 150 which is five pounds OVER my body weight.

These fat powerlifters can only lift heavy weight because their arms are so short they don't have to push the weight far. They are not as strong as they think. Those fattys need to handcuff themselves to a treadmill. Real athletes can run and can lift heavy.
