In Cockney "t"'s in intervocallic position are pronounced as a glottal stop - "better" [ˈbɛʔɐ], but in AuE they're flapped [ˈbe̞ɾə], like in General American (GA). In Cockney voiceless "th" is pronounced like "f", voiced "th" is pronounced like "v" except word-initially, when it's "d". It's called "th fronting". Aussies pronounce both types of "th" like in GA, that is /θ/ and /ð/. Those are the most noticeable differences, aside from that they sound very alike indeed.
