15. I live in Perth. I didn't know we had the highest rate of serial killers? I've never thought there was that many murders here compared to other places in Australia. Serial killers are pretty rare. The only serial killers in my memory are the Birnies and the Claremont Serial Killer.

There are a myriad of races, ethnicities, cultures, sexual orientations. Immigration has always been part of human nature and will continue.That should give you some food for thought.
