10. Well, actually the TH pronunciation can be found in almost every accent in English, not only Americans pronounce it like that. It's the standard pronunciation in every country where English is spoken. As for you, I woundn't mind if you stuck with you native French accent; their nice.
11. You were supposed to be British. Most British repeat that same thing: "There's no such thing as a British accent." But when people say "British accent", nobody's claimig that there's only one accent in Britain, but that most accents there has (despite how different they can be, I know that) mutual characteristics which largely differ them to American accents. British has more different accents that the US, for instance, but saying "British accent" is just a way to generalise it.

I understand the British Vs USA thing, Been going on forever, BRITISH- "fat ass and 9/11" ETC AMERICANS-"Very Bad teeth ugly woman etc" But that does no good, As me being British but raised in America I went back to the UK for a few years before returning back to USA, I have to say I love you both, Why hate? 21. Well if you talk like that in the Boston Metropolitan area in the United States, people don't use the R that much either, and tend to call cars cahhs. But like another poster said, if you practice talking like a pirate it might help with getting the r sounds down to pat.
