4. They cheated at 36:30. The cops stood back from the door and the girl had the opportunity to step out and close the door behind her. In the original scenario, the lady cop pushed right into the house as soon as the girl opened it. What do you do then? I don't think asking nicely is going to get them to leave.

Cops says, " NO" and speeds off!
6. Yea, I will definitely say something like that in the future. I have always been way too nice to them. One time I was asked that question and I started just guessing. brake lights? signal lights? speeding? The cop said that I "looked like I didn't know where I was going!" It was a small town cop late at night - I had out-of-state tags and he simply pulled me over for no other reason than to try & get lucky (with a DUI, Drugs, etc). If that ever happens again I will chew their ass.

14. Not necessarily so. If the person refuses consent to a search, even if drugs were found in the search, his attorney can contest it in court and have the evidence against his client deemed inadmissible because it was obtained without a warrant. Remember, if a cop threatens you that if you don't cooperate they'll do XYZ, it's because the cop NEEDS you to cooperate because he knows without your consent he doesn't have the legal authority to do it. If he did, he'd have already done it!
