they say anything you say and/or do can and will be used against you when it should be anything you say and/or do can and maybe used against you
that cop took an unusually long whiff of that bong there...
13:50 he didnt even unlock the door he just fiddled his hands?
They cheated at 36:30. The cops stood back from the door and the girl had the opportunity to step out and close the door behind her. In the original scenario, the lady cop pushed right into the house as soon as the girl opened it. What do you do then? I don't think asking nicely is going to get them to leave.
Flying my sign at Mc Donalds in Hanford Ca, Need help will work for money. Cop says "I TOLD YOU I'M GOING TO ARREST YOU IF YOU POINT IT AT THE DRIVE THRU" I answer calmly with the question, "Are you trying to violate my constitutionally protected 1 st amendment rights?" Cops says, " NO" and speeds off!
Yea, I will definitely say something like that in the future. I have always been way too nice to them. One time I was asked that question and I started just guessing. brake lights? signal lights? speeding? The cop said that I "looked like I didn't know where I was going!" It was a small town cop late at night - I had out-of-state tags and he simply pulled me over for no other reason than to try & get lucky (with a DUI, Drugs, etc). If that ever happens again I will chew their ass.
"No sir. I can't read minds. I have no idea while YOU pulled ME over."
I had it happen to me in Georgia because I pulled over to the middle median instead of the right side median.
Every single time I have ever been pulled over the police officer asks me, "Do you know why I pulled you over?"! The oldest way to get you to wave your Fifth Amendment rights right off the bat. The police are trained these tricks from rookie status - good information!
I've always told my friends at college who live off campus not to answer the door when its the police and their throwing a party. just turn the music down and if you want to go out a side door and tell the police everythings fine
"Now it looks to me that you've been hosting an alcohol party here"
So... generic lmao
Really bad actors in this thing
thank you for putting this up
Not necessarily so. If the person refuses consent to a search, even if drugs were found in the search, his attorney can contest it in court and have the evidence against his client deemed inadmissible because it was obtained without a warrant. Remember, if a cop threatens you that if you don't cooperate they'll do XYZ, it's because the cop NEEDS you to cooperate because he knows without your consent he doesn't have the legal authority to do it. If he did, he'd have already done it!
You are right! They dont....People need to become informed! You need to get a good fucking lawyer, i got misdemeanor poss./felony poss. dropped in two seperate occasions due to the ignorance of our local PD, that was 4 years ago, I am now older, therefore knowing more about the law and my rights as an IN resident....NEVER CONSENT TO SEARCHES.....NEVER
because they smoked 2 weeks prior an blood levels suggest the person was high on marijuana at the time of accident, if you like to party and end up killing someone one night, since you drank 10 budweisers and smoked a joint last weekend you get put in a cage for the rest of your life!!!...since you were driving drunk and smoking herb when you killed that man......seriously, your an idiot....
So what do you do when the Cop just searches your car and your things without your permission? Most Cops I've seen don't ask for your consent.
Ohhh ... Those are "legal". Let's all pop the anti depressants and muscle relaxers. I'm not looking for an argument. Just trying to have ppl think outside the box.
I don't understand why people get so crazy about the "drug war" they hate drugs but its ok for drug companies to push drugs on the American public all of the time.

That is an ass-load of weed.
They still can't search the car unless the dogs give an alert while outside the vehicle.
The word "does" doesn't always imply an absolute. There are deaths caused by driving under the influence of nothing, therefore driving under the influence of nothing does cause deaths. Such wording is not meant to suggest that driving under the influence of nothing will always result in deaths, it simply means that it happens, and is possible.
