21. There really is no difference, just more effort put into doing complex things like RLRRLRRLLRL or something rather than acheiving the same sound by doing RLRLRLs.
22. NONONONO.... wtf... If you can make the same hand motion but hit with 2 strokes, and can move the hand at same speed when your playing doubles as if you were playing singles, you can be able to play much faster. Besides, i gives you a more floating sound than the singles.... jeez...
23. At higher tempos some of these rhythyms sound very much like five stroke rolls played in a continous manner (with no space between the fives), especially the part where you are playing the accents on the toms etc. This is not a criticism, just an observation. Good video. Good skills!

I do not suggest imitating the way I hold my sticks in this video. The right hand was situated in such a way that ended up giving me carpel tunnel, and the left hand has many flaws as many people have pointed out. My doubles also had a very choked sound. I no longer play traditional grip, and have been taught much more appropriate ways to handle the sticks with matched grip that are more healthy and efficient.
